Kevin Heinly brings over 30 years of experience to his position as Principal and Co-Managing Director at Gensler San Diego. In his position, he provides client development and project leadership in addition to providing strategic direction for the San Diego office. He has experience in a variety of project types including commercial office, life science, higher education, and mixed-use projects working with clients ranging from private developers to public REITs, and Governmental agencies.

Seth Litchney 
City of San Diego, Housing Policy Program Manager

Seth Litchney joined the City of San Diego as the Housing Policy Program Manager in May 2021 and oversees the departments housing initiatives, including policy development, data collection, and the implementation of state legislation. He has led the City Planning Department's certification of the City's Housing Element, the adoption of updates to the Land Development Code, and the city's two Housing Action Packages. Seth also manages the City's Local Coastal Program amendment process, working closely with the California Coastal Commission to certify the City's programs in the Coastal Zone.

UC San Diego, Continuing Lecturer, Department of Urban Studies and Planning

Sue Peerson has over 30 years of professional experience bringing together planning, law, urban design, and landscape architecture to her portfolio of public and private sector work. With experience in a large city agency and running her own consulting practice, Sue has demonstrated how to integrate physical plans within the political, social, and environmental context. Her teaching focus is on community-engagement and the public realm where she applies this understanding in her innovative courses at UC San Diego in Urban Studies and Planning Department.

London Moeder Advisors, Senior Principal

Gary H. London is Senior Principal and founding partner of London Moeder Advisors, providing feasibility analysis, market research, strategic advice and capital packaging for investors, lenders and developers. His work has resulted in the creation of master planned communities, mixed use projects, substantial built product as well as numerous transactions.

Hines, Senior Director, West Region

Pete is a Senior Director in Southern California, with a focus on San Diego County, where he's responsible for acquisitions, entitlement, development, and asset management efforts. He is currently serving as Project Manager for the 195-acre, 5.2-million-square-foot mixed-use project Riverwalk, in the Mission Valley submarket of San Diego, as well as multiple other development projects totaling over 1 million square feet of residential and industrial uses.
